Vikram Reddy Karety

Vikram leads technical architecture across our ServiceNow practice: platform architecture, CMDB and CSDM design, integrations, and AI enablement. He heads our applied AI research and is the architect behind the proprietary platform tooling in Octigo's intellectual property portfolio, with enterprise programs delivered in telecom, gaming, energy, healthcare, and utilities.
